Manufacturing your order...
Almost all of our products are made to order whether they are standard or custom. Manufacturing time can be anywhere from 2 days to 4 weeks depending on order volume at that time. There will be a notification on the front page of our website stating the current lead time, this lead time is not guaranteed. If you need an order before a certain date we offer a expedited manufacturing option this does come with a fee. We do not otherwise guarantee a delivery time on orders.
We have a order tracking system in place to help keep you updated and informed as to where your order may be in the manufacturing process. We do our best to make sure it is accurate but this system may not always be correct and the status of your order cannot be guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped it usually takes 2-5 business days to be delivered. Shipping times are not guaranteed by our company or the shipping carrier. We will send a shipping notification and tracking number to the email address provided at checkout.
Miller Made Products LLC only ships to the lower 48 US states. We pass on the responsibility to the shipping carrier, to make sure your order arrives safe and undamaged. We will repair or replace orders that have been damaged in transit, we may ask for pictures of the damaged items for filing with the shipping carrier. Miller Made Products LLC will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages especially when proof of delivery is provided from the shipping carrier.
Ups, Fedex or Usps may be used to ship your package. Freight shipments are subject to agreement by the buyer before shipment.
Refunds & Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your non-custom order, you can return the product and get a full refund. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. You must contact us and get authorization before returning items within 7 days. You must pay return shipping, Miller Made Products LLC will not be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We Do Not accept returns or give refunds on custom orders of any kind.
